Returns

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • Receipt or proof of purchase is required.

We will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately within 2 days if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly. You can reach us via email or phone:

We cannot address issues for items that have been washed, worn, or are in your care beyond 2 days after receipt.

Cancellation Policy

Once your order has been completed and payment made, orders cannot be modified or canceled.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom products (e.g., special orders, personalized items)
  • Sale items and gift cards
  • All swimsuits (final sale for customer safety)

Return Qualifications

To ensure your return is processed:

  • All labels must remain intact.
  • Items must be free of stains, damages, and odors (e.g., smoke).
  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item or color).
  • Returns must be received within 7 days of return approval.

Store Credit Policy

  • We do not issue refunds under any circumstances. Store credit will be offered for eligible items.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable and will not be included in store credits.
  • Store credits must be used within 6 months of the return. After 6 months, store credits will expire.

Shipping Information

  • Unclaimed Packages: USPS/UPS will return unclaimed packages to Uniq Boutique. We will contact you to arrange reshipment, which will incur additional shipping fees. If no contact is made within 30 days, store credit will be issued minus shipping and handling fees.
  • Lost Packages: Customers must file claims directly with USPS/UPS for lost packages. Uniq Boutique is not responsible for filing claims.
  • Refused Packages: If your package is refused or returned by USPS/UPS, you are responsible for the shipping cost to re-ship the package. We do not issue refunds or reimburse shipping fees.
